Charles is a native of Durham, North Carolina and loves this area. He is a licensed Broker who’s great at working with people and helping them find their dream home. He graduated from Louisburg College with an Associate of the Arts Degree. He later attended UNC-Wilmington for a year, and then took a year off school to travel and learn more about life.

Charles joined the U.S. Army for 4 years to serve his country. He was an Airborne solider with an Information Systems Analyst career. While in the Army he continued his education at Campbell University, studying Psychology and Economics. His travels in the military took him to South Korea, Hawaii, Georgia, Oklahoma and Fort Bragg, NC.

Charles worked as a Marketing Listing Coordinator and a Buyer’s Specialist for 6 years with two of the Triangles’ leading Realtors. He learned a lot about real estate and also how to run a successful business from the best in the business.

I moved to North Carolina from Miami a few years ago after a good friend and mentor suggested I become involved in Real Estate. I was working as freelance graphic designer in the Miami-Fort Lauderdale area. My experience at that time involved working for several ad agencies. After moving to Durham, with the market headed into murky waters, I ended up working in the graphics/marketing section of real estate.
